August 11, 9.20 p.m.) Sydney, August 11.The action of the Railway Commissioner in substituting a permanent staff for "casuals" at the Darling Harbour wheat-loading gentries,, has led to a sympathetic strike'on'the part of a hundred wharf labourers.
Wheat-loading is at a standstill, and several vessels have been held up. ■
