Ex-President Castro, formerly of Venezuela, and lately declared to bo an undesirable immigrant for the United States, who was supposed to bo living quietly at tho Canary Islands, has caused a sensation by reappearing at tho head of an armed forco of Venezuelans. ■ Acoording to advices from Caracas (the 'capital), Congress has granted President Gomer dictatorial powers in order to copo with tho rebellion. It is reported that tho rebels have been defeated, but the news is unreliable.
