Mr. Justice Isaacs, in summing up, said thero was a considerable difference of opinion as to what instructions the defendant received at the outset •of tlio libel action. One side or tlio other had been telling tho Court what it know to bo untrue. Tho jury returned a general verdict for defendant, and judgment was entered up for defendant, with costs.
