LABOUR OPINIONS VEERING ROUND.

London, August 2. Keuter's Johannesburg correspondent states that the Parliamentary Labour party, which was previously excluded from having a direct voice in tho Federation, took a new part after last Sunday's menacing decision, and threw all its weight against the strike. It is understood that the moderates intend purging the Federation of all syndicalistic factors, and remodelling it on constitutional trade union linos.
