FESTIVITIES AT VANCOUVER. By Teleeraph—Prises Association—Copyright Vancouver, July 29. The Canadian Club entertained Captain ttalsey and the officers of tho New Zealand at luncheon. The speakers praised tho Dominion's loyalty. Captain Hakov, replying, said he had the Admiralty's permission to state that whatever Canada, decided to do to aid tho Empire in war time that policy would ho loyally carried out by the Motherland. The reception given at Vancouver had almost equalled that at Auckland, Both were magnificent.
