EVICTION OF WORKERS DURING STRIKES. By Telegraph—Pr«63 Association—Copyiijht (Sydney "Sun" Special—July 25, 6.10 p.m.) Berlin, July 25. The International Congress of Miners at Carlsbad has resolved upon better measures for the protection of miners, and tho appointment of State-paid work-ing-men inspectors; a motion was also adopted requesting tho Labour members in tho House of Commons to support a Bill providing that no workers should be expelled from his house during a strike.
