CONVICTS STRIKE AT SING SING. By Te.\eeraph--Press Association-Copyright (Sydney "Sun" Special—July 25, 6,10 p.m.) New York, July 25. The second fire within a week broke out in Sing Sing Prison. A hundred convicts struck, and refused to work unless two hundred of their comrades wcro released from the cells. The most disorderly of the "strikers" were sent to Auburn 'Prison where the lifo of the convict is harder.
