Earl Gray, ex-Governor-General of Canada, lias outlined a scheme for concentrating the offices of the Dominions Governments under one roof in Aldwych, beside the offices of the Commonwealth. He argues that sucli concentration would prove a notable symbol of Empire. Earl Grey has secured a. three years' option of a site at a rental of .£3OOO a year. It will be vested in a syndicate.
