WIRE-STRAINER SLIPPED. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) Taihape, July 22. At an inquest to-day on William Armstrong, aged 38, a married man, who died in the hospital last night, evidence was given to the effect that tho wounds in the addomen were caused by a wirestrainer slipping wliilo ho was fencing at Tlihitahi on Thursday. A verdict of accidental death was returned. PALL FROM TRAIN. Auckland, July 22. William Campion, who fell off a train yesterday, died in the hospital this morning. His skull was fractured.
