A Bill will bo introduced in tlio New South Wales Assembly to provide for the borrowing of '.£3,000,000, for railway duplication works and rolling-stock". One bank is providing half a million. Mr. Cann, the State Treasurer, does not anticipate any trouble in raising the balance.
