MAGISTRATE'S COURT.

(Before Mr. W. G. Hiddoll, S.M.) At the Magistrate's Court yesterday Gcorgo Everson was charged with the theft of one pair of boots valued at JCI 3s. Oil., the property of Messrs. Botes and Lees. Ho was further charged with Stealing one bicycle valued at XS, the property of Francis Fear. Accused pleaded guilty to both offences and was remanded "till July 23 for sentence. Duncan Cruickshank charged on remand with intent to do griovous bodily harm to David Fisher, by discharging a firearm, was further remanded until July For stealing two carriage lamps valued at 15s. 6d., the property of C. Walsh, Gcorgo Bowden was sent to prison for 14 days. A sentenco of one month's imprisonment was imposed on Buby Kirk for importuning. Clare Grundwell was fined ss. for insobriety.
