AN ALL-NIGHT SITTING IN THE COMMONS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, July 3. Tho House of Commons held an allnight sitting on tho Plural Voting Bill. The Radicals hotly opposed any amendments, which were swept aside by means of the closure. Amid loud Opposition cries of "Shame!" and "Monstrous!" progress was reported.
