A' private citizen ha? offered the "Times" ,£BO,OOO towards the Crystal Palace fund, if J6G0,000 is subscribed in July. ROYAL DONATIONS. ■ (Rec. July 2, 0.45 a.m.) London, July 1. King George, Queen Mary, and Queen Alexandra have subscribed <£100 each to the Crystal Palace fund. [The local authorities of South London have guaranteed half the amount necessary to acquire the palace, and the Lord Mayor has opened a fund to raise tho balance, Lord Stnathcona offering the final £10,000.1
