Mitchell, G. Beard, and H. Fowler; hon. secretary and treasurer, Mr. T. F. Fitzgerald; executive committee, tho officers and Messrs. J C. Murray, F. Krull, E. Levien, L. J. Vcrrv, and R. Richardson. _ The Borough Council on Thursday night passed the estimates, which leave, the rates tho same as during the past year. Mayor Onglcy and his council came to a deadlock on the Mayor s motion that the office staff bo given notice, as in his Worship's opinion tho borough is overstaffed. The following officers were elected to the Apiti Public Library Committee at tho annual meeting on Thursday night:Mr Morris, president; Mr. Bennett, trcapurer; Mr. L. F. Vail, secretary; Mrs. Cumraerficld, Messrs. R. Pratt, hiliott, Chelburg, and W. Guy.
