DUNEDIN FUNCTIONS. (By Telegraph.—Prcsa Association.) ' > Dunedin, Juno IS. Arrangements are well forward for tho Ministers' visit this week. The Prime Minister, who will leave Wellington on Monday evening and reach Dunedin by the first express on Tuesday afternoon, will attend a civic reception in the Town Hall to the Hon. James Allen at 4.15 p.m., and in the evening will address a meeting at tho Garrison llnil jointly with, his colleague, and subsequently attend tho social tendered to tlio Otago members by tho Chamber of Commorco and oombinca leagues. The Prime Minister will transact public business in the Grand Hotel on "Wednesday forenoon, leaving with Mr. Allen for Milton and Kaitangata about mid-day. He will leave for Wellington by Thursday's express.
