TO-DAY'S ATTRACTION. The following have been 6elected to play in the special exhibition match at tho Basin Reserve this morning between"Pioneers" and "Present" players:— "Pioneers" (white): Goal, Levrey point, Kershaw; cover-point, O'Leary; third man,, Proud; defence wings, Horn and Levy; centre, 11. Renkin; attack wings, Blackman and Ryan; third home, Casey; second home, Ryder; first home, Estconrt. "Present" (club colours): Goal. Thomas; point, Canty; cover-point, Jordan; third man, R. Renkin; defence wings, Hubbard and P. Lee; centre, Andrews; attack wings, Leydon and E. Lee; third home, Hutton; second home, Firth; first home, Grant. Reserves: Defence, Comrie and Quinn; attack, White and AVootton. Play will commence at 11.15 a.m., and admission is fret,. Included in the "Pioneers" team are plarers'with English, Canadian, and Australian experience, who may be expected to give an attractive display against tho more youthful players selected from the four clubs now competing for the Proud Cup.
