Renter's News Agency states that the Allies' delegates on the Financial Commission, to sit in Paris to settle problems arising out of the war, will have a similar status to the delegates of tie Powers except on questions affecting the relations of the Power's with Turkey, on which tho Allies' functions-will bo consultative.
