SUPPRESSES ANTI-MONTENEGRIN
JOURNAL. (Rec. May 23, 11.20 p.m.) Cetinje, May 23. Admiral Burney, tho temporary Governor, has suppressed an anti-Montene-grin paper established after the Montenegrin ■withdrawal from Scutari owing to its vitriolic attacks on King Nioholas.
