A disputo regarding the ownership of. the acting rights of Henri Rothschild's coming play, "Croesus," led to lively scenes, at the Garrick Theatre. Mr. Hansen, the American, who had obtained an interim injunction, claiming the sole rights and that he was the employer of 'Arthur Bourcliier, was forcibly ejected by Bourchier's staff. Bourcliier, securing a discharge of the injunction, invaded the theatre and evicted H:ui- , sen's people, chairs being used a 9* weapons. Several persons were injured on both sides. Hansen has been arrested for threatening Bouchier with violence.
