QUEEN OF THE REDSKINS. Tho final production of "The Monk and tho Woman took placo at tho Opera House last evening. To-night Georgo Marlow's Dramatic Company will produce Emm Lichfield's Red Indian romantic play, "Queen of the Redskins." Commenting on this production, tho Melbourne "Argus" said:—"Judging by the crowded attendances at tho Princess Theairo the new production, 'Queen of the Redskins,' has completely captured tho favour of lovers of romantic and picturesque melodrama. Tho costuming will bo authentic, tho costumcs having been purchased by tho firm's American representative from tho North American Indians. Tho incidental music is weird, and in keeping with tho piece. The box plan will bo on view at tho Dresden until noon, and after that hour at Christeson's, where also day salo tickcts may bo obtained. THEATRE ROYAL. This evening the current vaudeville programme at the Theatre' Royal will bo presented for tho hijit time. Another new drama shown yesterday was tho Edison Company's "A Perilous Cargo." Tho hero undertakes to carry in his ship a cargo of explosives for a South American Republic. The Wellington City Band's concert, wWch is to be given at His Majesty s Theatre, to-morrow night, is exjected to bo a dceidod success.
