BOY & MURDER CHARGE.
THE CASE COMES INTO COURT. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) Whangaroi, April 16. At the Magistrate's Court to-day Edward Augustine Sheelian, a boy of 14, v;as charged on remand, before Mr. Frazcr, S.M., with the murder of Thos. F.vfe, aged M. The evidence, which is proceeding, is to the effect that, on April G, accused fired a pea rifle at Fyfe, and the bullet went into tho boy's side, travelling ■12 inches. Fyfo had previously thrown a piece of manure at Sheehan. Fyfe died ns the result of the bullet wound on April 8. '
