ALLEGRE AN EPILEPTIC. By TelecraDli—Pr«s Association—OoDrcicfit (Eec. April IG, 0.15 a.m.) Madrid, 1 April 15. Allegre,. who attempted yesterday to assassinate King Alfonso, had been three times rejected for military service on the ground that he suffered from epilectic fits. King Alfonso, in describing the ' attack, says: "I saw a man coming armed with a revolver. He fired, and I rode at him. He tried to seize tho reins and fired again, the flash singeing my glove, while tho ball grazed tho horse. I then wheeled tho horse, and it knocked tho man over with its shoulder as tho policeman sprang ,upon him. A third shot fired s from the ground whistled overhead."
