® A BEGINNING AT ANTWERP. By Assoelation-Gopyrlgh* Brussels, April 13. A gonerali strike has begun at tho motor-car factories and ironworks at Antwferp. Troops hftvo been ordered to guard the oollieries and factories and operate gas and electric plants. . There is already compulsory universal suffrage, but the workers seek tho removal of the plural system, under which the propertied and educated enjoy three and two votes each respectively. The newspapers have opened funds for the relief of the strike distress. An exodus has begun owing to the strike. i
