It would bo possible even now i bring in milk from further away ver. t not for the fact that under the law .. can only' be supplied in town from duly-registered dairies, and farmers who do not send in milk all tho year are not willing to go to the expense entailed in tho way of concrete floors and other things specified to complete tho requirements under the Act for the short time milk would bo required. It is estimated that at tho present time the shortago of milk is about 1500 gallons per day. This means a loss of fully per day to farmers who regularly supply dairies in the city,
