The Aerial League has issued a manifesto urging the immediate allocation of .£1,000,000 to create an air fleet. Colonel Seely, Secretary of State for War, speaking tit' the Aero Club, said that when he delivered his statement in the House of Commons on Wednesday next, it would bo found that satisfactory provision had been made to develop an aerial fleet.
