The Bulgarians have retreated from Nigrita. Four companies of Greeks pursued them, and burned the bridges across the river. The Bulgarians hoisted a white flag, and 120 wero captured. The Greeks lost fifteen killed and forty wounded. THE ALLIES' TERMS. Sofia, March 11. The Allies' reply to the Powers will be given to-morrow., \ The newspaper "Mir" states that tho Allies have agreed to mediation, but insist on an indemnity. The newspaper "Mir" adds that the Government is awaiting Servia's reply before informing the Powers of the Allies' conditions for mediation. AUSTRLVS AIMS. (Rec. March 13, 0.20 a.m.) St. Petersburg, March 12. An Identical Note issued by Russia and Austria states that tho exchange of letters between the Tsar and the Emperor Francis Joseph is a proof that the events in the Balkans have not affected the friendly relations between Austria and Russia. Explanations which have been exchanged between tho Governments show that Austria does not cherish aggressive designs against her southern neighbours. Austria and Russia have agreed to a reduction of frontier forces to a normal footing. SERVIANS ON THE ADRIATIC COAST. (Rec. March 13, 0.20 a.m.) Vienna, March 12. Twenty-one Greek transports have disembarked Servians at San Giovanni, on the Adriatic Coast of Albania. AUSTRO-SERVIAN FRICTION. • .(Rec. March 13, 0.20 a.m.) Belgrade, March 12. The newspaper "Politica" states that the Austrian Minister has demanded the recall of the Servian troops which are proceeding to Scutari, becauso that town is designed to bo the capital of Albania. The Premier, M. Pasitch, • has replied that Servia is compelled to assist her allies without consideration of what will become of Scutari. RUMANIA'S DEMANDS'. (Rec. March 13, 0.20 a.m.) St. Petersburg, March 12. Rumania and Bulgaria have presented to M. Sazonoff, Minister for Foreign Affairs, a- memorandum dealing with the dispute between them for submission to the Ambassadors' Conference for mediation.
