BELGIAN RAILWAY FRAUDS. By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright Paris, March 11. Nestor Wilmart.i manager of the' Ghent Hailway, who disappeared in October Inst, after committing frauds involving a sum of no less than two and ahalf million pounds, has been arrqstod at Rheims. Wilmart is accused of having sold blocks of shares in the Ghent-Terneuzen Railway saver.il times over and to liavo issued bogus share certificates, 110 is alleged to have perpetrated forgeries extending over a period of ten years, 110 disappeared from Brussels in his motorcar on October 10. A stockbroker and his wife who lost X 28.000 in consequence of AVilinart's operations committed suicide.
