LAMPS AND CANDLES IN DEMAND. (Rec. March 1, 0.45 a.m.) Sydney,, February 28. The city gasmen are out, thus adding 270 to the strikers. Lamps and candles are in great demand. Tho Manly Company is the only other' company so far unaffected, but it is expected to be joined in the trouble.
