A conference of Liberal members of the House, of Common's, over which Sir J. A. Simon, Solicitor-Genero,l, presided, has agreed on, the principles of a Woman's Suffrage Bill', for presentation next session. It was recommended that the vote should bo restricted to women over 25 y«ars of age, who are occupiers or the wive 3 of occupiers. ■
