'' :: UNDERWRITERS' PICNIC. ■ : ' Of the many picnics held in connection with tho 6ro and marine and accident insurance companies in Wellington, none have been so successful as tho one which took place at Day's' Buy on Tuesday. The arrangements left nothing to bo" desired, and tile outing: will long bo remembered With pleasure by all who were present. Messrs. A. Blair and R. J. White, chairman and deputy-chairman of- tho Wellington Underwriters' Association, acted as judges,; Mr.. Archer as starter, and J, S. Stevenson, was secretary.
