' | Kenneth Green pleadtid guilty to a charge of theft -and was committed to the Supremo Court for sentence.; Tho theft was that of a lady's hand-bag and contents,'valued at.£2 Bs. 7d., wliich accused snatched from< her while she was riding .in a tramcar. '.-: , \ I Thomas Yates was convicted and ordered to pay £1 lf>s. costs for curative treatment for insobriety, in default seven day's' imprisonment. \, i I'rederick Dyson was convictcd'and-fined ■ 205., with court costs. amounting to 285., in default seven days' imprisonment, for assaulting a tram conductor.
