ULSTER AND HOME RULE.
MR. REDMOND INSISTS ON UNITED IRELAND. By Telonropb-Presa Association-Copyright (Rec. February' 9, 5.5 p.m.) London, February 8. Speaking at Dublin, Mr. Redmond (leader of tho Irish Nationalists) predicted that Homo Rule would become law in May, 1914, and added that the debate in the; House of Lords foreshadowed an even earlier date, possibly when the measure next went to tho House of, Lords it would beget a .suggestion for a compromise.. Mr. Redmond added that a settlement by agreement would be so blessed a thing that it would be worth a large price to obtain, but for no earthly consideration conld the .Nationalists submit to partition of Ulster. Ireland was one' nation, and one it would remain. They would rather be governed by Orangementhan tho best Englishmen. ,
