London, February 8. Tho House of Commons, in Committee, Agreed to tho Supplementary Estimate for tho Insurance Act.

Mr. Lloyd-Goorgo declared that tho Act had mado an extraordinarily successful beginning. Fourteen millions were now paying contributions, and five thousand wore receiving sanatoria treatment. Thirteen thousand doctors were now working under tho scheme.
