Tho borough inspector proceeded agaiust the following for allowing ! cattle to wander:—Peter Sharp, G. A. Palmer, W.' A. Sivisson, Mrs. G. Oswald 1 , R. M'Donald, John Hunter. Laurence Driscoll, P. ' Jensen, and Thomas Barton, each fined 55., with. oosts 75.; Alex. Snmmons fined 10s., with costs 75.; E. Nelson, ordered to pay costs.'7s, For failing" to render personal service as a territorial, Archibald Gamer was fined «£3. - Judgment was given- for plaintiff in the following undefended cases. M'Monamin Bros. v. Hawthorn, £i 17s. 6d., costs 75.; John Barnard w.W. Donan, .£3 18s. ud., costsyis. ; Lees, and Co.' v.'Seymour Gruet, •iC9 las., costs Bs.' In the judgment summons case,. James H.
