The magazine "Nord und Slid" has published an instalment of tho memoirs of Abdul Haniid 11, ex-Sultan of Turkey. Tho memoirs are strongly anti-English in. tono and the ex-Sultan expresses regret that Bismarck did not includo Turkey in tho Triple Alliance.
