He made the same statement to tho doctors of the nursing home. Ho appeared to be making 'an excellent recovery until Tuesday, when he collapsed and died whilo writing to his wife,

On learning of her husband's death Mme. Reinhardt drove to the Pala's do Justice, confessed the part she had played and gave herself up. '
