A peculiar situation has arisen in connection with tho contemplated proceedings to test the legality of Lord Dennian's eviction from Government House. The difficulty lies in the nomination of a respondent. Tho Crown is the defendant in the actions against tho Government, but in this case the Crown appears also to be the aggrieved party.
