NEW SOUTH WALES NEGOTIATIONS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright " '.- Sydney, December 12. It is reported that the Colonial Treasurer, Mr. ' Gann, was recently offered about ,£20,000,000 as loan money. - The. outcome' of this may bo shortly • the commencement of negotiations for a Government loan for a respectable amount on reasonable terms. Cabinet recently declined offers of five million and ten million. Tho latter offer imposed a condition that New South Wales should place certain contracts ia England. .
