NEW HEBRIDES.

HAMPERED BY DUAL CONTROL. By Tolesraßh—Press Association—OonyrlEht Sydney, November 25. Dr. Cromtiie, a medical missionary in tlio New Hebrides, says the Islands are hampered through being under dual control, under the Anglo-French agreement. At the present -time, there are six different Courts in operation. Much better feeling, however, exists between the French and British than was the case a few years ago. The French seem to be trying to enforce the law against breaches of the regulations, and are doing what they can to carry them out. The Islands, however, will nevor do any good commercially or otherwise until they are under one Government.
