Mr. Edward Legge, in a much-reviewed book entitled "King Edward in His Truo Colours," sharply criticises Sir Sidnsy Lee's article on ■ King; Edwaixl in tho "Dictionary of National Biography," Mr. Legge recalls a number of forgotten scandals, in order to refute Sir Sidney Lee, and insists particularly on the strained relations between the Kaiser and King Edward.
