.—4 • ROYAL COMMISSION ADVOCATED. By Telegraph—Press Association-OopyriEht London, October 21. Sir Herbert Raphael, Liberal M.P. for South Derbyshire, speaking at Breaftsall, Derbyshire, said reform in regard to land taxation should not be attempted for party advantage. He advocated the setting up of a Royal Commission on the subject, and condemned Mr. Lloyd-George's Land Committee, which, he said, had not fulfilled the requirements of an Imperial investigation.
