All the indications are that Canada is attraoting;. grentor numbers than ever before—the immigration of the past fiscal year having equalled 5 per cent, of tho population of the Dominion. In the year which ended on March, 31 lost, 220,527 entered at ocean ports, and 133,710 went from the United States. Moreover, the figures for tho past decade have been:—
