QUESTION IN HOUSE OF COMMONS. By Teleeraph—Press Associatton-CopyrlEW London, October 17. Laurence Ginnell, Independent Nationalist member for Westmenth North, questioned Mr. Sydney Buxton, President of the Board of Trade, in the House of Commons, regarding the Colonial Mutual Life Assurance Socicty in Australia, and suggested irregularities. Ho said the directors had lost tho society's funds in speculation. Mr. Buxton replied that he was without information on tho subject.
