COMPANY FILES A PETITION. ■ By Telegraph—Press Assoclation-Cosyrfelil (Reo. October 18, 11.15 p.m.) Brussels, October 18. _ In consequence of the defalcations of its manager, Wilmart, who made away with .£2,500,000, the Ghent-Tornenzen railway has filed a petition for a composition. It is believed that Wilmart fled to Paris after telegraphing a story of his suicide. Another director of the 'railway has been arrested.
