ANGLICAN BISHOP'S EVIDENCE. By Teieeraph—Press Association-Copyrfeht Montreal,. October 17. Dr. Stringer, Bishop of Yukon, at the Anglican Synod there, produced proofs of the existenco of blonde Eskimos discovered within the Arctic. Ciiclo recently by the Steffansson Expedition. Dr. Stringer deplored Professor Steffansson's alleged recommendation to prohibit missionaries entering tho Arctic Circle, declaring that missionary work among other Eskimo tribes had been a great success.
