TURKISH VICTORY REPORTED. (Rec. October 17, 10.30 p.m.) Constantinople, October 17. A Turkish Teport states that four battalions of Ottoman troops defeated eight thousand Montenegrins at Krania. THE ADVANCE ON SCUTARI. (Rec. October 17, 10.30 p.m.) Podooritza, October 17. General Martinovics,. who commands tho division of the Montenegrin army which is advancing on Scutari, has occupied important positions in the rear of Tarabesch, which is the key of Scutari. The bombardment of Tarabosch is proceeding. The detailed accounts of the capture of Tusi state that tho Montenegrin advance on Vranja, an outpost of Tusi, was repulsed with heavy loss, but the garrison was unablo to withstand a second advance, preceded by a heavy bombardment.
