DIPLOMATIC RUPTURE.
TURKISH MINISTERS RECALLED. LAST EFFORTS FOE PEACE. (Eec. October 17, 10.30 p.m.) Sofia, October 17. Tho officials of the Turkish Legation have left Bulgaria. The Cabinet has not arrived at a decision regarding the rccall of the Bulgarian. Minister from Stamboul. Belgrade, October 10. The Turkish Minister to Servia has left here without a passport. (Eec. October 17, 10.30 p.m.) Athens, October 17. Tho Turkish Minister to Greece has been recalled. ATTACK ON BULGARIAN COAST EXPECTED. Constantinople, October 10. There ,are two Turkish battleships, and two cruisers at the mouth of the Black Sea. It is believed the intention is to throw, an army on tho Bulgarian coast, because many transports ore available and troops are waiting at Black Sea ports. Nazirn Pasha, Commander-in-Chief of the Turkish forces, is going to Adrianoplo on Thursday. The Turks are transporting ten thousand men daily from Anatolia. DESIRE TO AVOID WAR. • (Rec. October 17, 10.30 p.m.) Vienna, October 17. M. Pasics, Prime Minister of Servia, in an interview published in "Die Zeit," states that tho Balkan States still desire to avoid war, and' before fighting will mako last attempts to rcacli an understanding with Turkey. Soino days will elapso before any decisive events take place. SKIRMISHES ON SERVIAN FRONTIER. (Rcc. October 17, 10.30 p.m.) Constantinople, October 17. Somo skirmishing has occurred on tho Servian frontier. WAR FERVOUR SHAKEN. DIVERSE OPINIONS. (Ecc. October 17, 10.5 p.m.) London, October 17. The incompletenoss of their army mobilisations is supposed to have delayed tho declaration of war by the Balkan Allies and Turkey. Other opinions are that the war fervour has been shaken by the conclusion of peace between Turkey and Italy. In Ottoman quarters it is stated that nothing in the nature of a conference is possiblo at present, as Turkey will not agree to a conference having for its basis the terms proposed by the Allies. The Sofia correspondent of "Tho Times" states (hat Rumania has informally expressed her approval of the Allies' Note with regard to tho Macedonian reforms, but docs approve of tho association of the Allies with the great Powers in the work of supervision. The same correspondent states that Montenegro's declaration of war was not preconoerted with (he Allies.
