TIME-TABLE NOT COMPLETED,
Details of tho time-tnblo for the double service of express trains on tho Main Trunk line have not yet been completed. Efforts are being made to bring the new service into operation 011 November I', but it .is not yet certain whether this can be done. The English strikes delayed the delivery of the iron-work required for some of the new rolling stock, and tho cars have not been completed as soon as was expected.
