RAILWAY ACCIDENT.
ENGINE CRASHES INTO WAITINGROOM. • By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyrighk Madrid, October C. In consequence of the brakes failing, a goods train at Alicante, on the south-oast coast, crashed through a dead-end into tho station waiting-room. The room was crowded at the time, and nine persons were killed and 122 injured. The condition of some of the injured is serious.
