. $- BISHOP OF LONDON'S APPEAL. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Rec. October 7/9.20 p.m.)' London, October 7. A demonstration has been held in tho Lyceum Theatre in support of the White Slave Traffic Bill. The Bishop of London (Dr.. Ingram) protested against amendments weakening the Bill. He said that five thousand girls were required annually for the traffic in a single great city. All male procurers should be thoroughly whipped.
